Filled shoe boxes should be brought to St Thomas’ or St Luke’s on Sunday 6th November please. More information is available on the Samaritan’s purse web site.

Thank you.

Praise in the Park

Thanks to all who helped in any way to make the picnic and praise in the park a success. From cake bakers to sheep knitters- over 200 were given out to children- to the marquee assemblers and the litter pickers, the teams who manned the refreshment tent, the craft tents, face painters coconut shy operatives and a huge thanks to Jim and the community choir, to the brass band and to the puppeteers all of who entertained us throughout the afternoon. But most of all thanks to you all for coming along and being part of the 800 or so people who met in the park.
